Kuukua Maurice Ankrah

Managing Partner

Kuukua Maurice Ankrah is a lawyer with close to two decades experience in the legal profession.

She is also a Commissioned Immigration Officer who worked at the Legal Department, The Migration Information Bureau and the work permit unit of the Ghana Immigration Service at the Head Quarters in Accra.

She worked at the Attorney General’s Department, at Koforidua in the Eastern Region of The Republic of Ghana as an Assistant State Attorney and also worked as a corporate Lawyer and a litigation Lawyer for a couple of years with a private legal Firm. She helped set up the Petroleum Commission in 2012 and worked at the Work Permit Unit of the Commission for two years before partnering with her husband Dr Maurice Ankrah to set up their own Law Firm: KuukuaA Legal Consulting Company Ltd.

DR. Maurice Ankrah – MD

Maurice is a practicing physician and a lawyer. He is the Managing Partner of KuukuaA Legal Consulting Company Ltd.

He graduated from Vinnister State Medical University in Ukraine and has practiced medicine in Ghana since 1998.

He has been conducting medico-legal workshops for Health workers in both public and private Hospitals and Clinics alike all over Ghana. He also conducts workshops for Health Directors, Nurse Managers, District Health Directors and many more under the Health Directorate of The Upper West, Upper East, The Northern, Western, Central, Greater Accra, Volta and Eastern Regions of the Republic of Ghana.

He was called to the Ghana Bar and registered with the Ghana Bar Association in 2006 and has been practicing Law since then. He has court room experience as he has been involved in a number of both civil and criminal matters in the last decade.

He taught the Law of Contract at Ghana Telecom University for a few years.

Nana Kofi Bekoe -Associate

Nana Bekoe was called to the bar in October of 2017 after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.

Prior to his call to the bar, Nana obtained his first degree in Biochemistry from the University of Cape Coast and has worked with British American Tobacco as a Trade Marketing Representative Assistant.

Nana has also worked as a Sales Executive with Belhans Real Estate and with such a diverse and rich background, he is well equipped to handle complex client issues.

Nana is a conscientious, affable and meticulous professional with considerable experience in litigation and court room practice. He also possesses excellent communication skills with a keen interest in legal research and due diligence.

Nana through his experience has developed a very broad understanding of the regulatory compliance of the various sectors particularly foreign investment.
